toFasilitas kesehatan berdasarkan jenis fasilitas (TPMD, TPMDG, Rumah Sakit, Puskesmas, Klinik Utama, Klinik Pratama) yang berada di wilayah kecamatan Kecamatan : menyatakan nama wilayah administratif tingkat kecamatan tempat fasilitas kesehatan berada. Variabel ini bertipe teks dan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi lokasi geografis faskes sesuai nomenklatur Kemendagri/BPS. Jenis Faskes : menyatakan kategori fasilitas kesehatan, seperti Puskesmas Induk, Puskesmas Pembantu, Klinik, atau Rumah Sakit. Variabel ini bertipe teks dan mengikuti klasifikasi resmi Kementerian Kesehatan. Penyelenggara Faskes : menyatakan pihak penyelenggara fasilitas kesehatan, misalnya Pemerintah Kota, Pemerintah Provinsi, atau Swasta. Variabel ini bertipe teks dan penting untuk membedakan kepemilikan serta pengelolaan faskes. Nama Faskes : menyatakan nama fasilitas kesehatan yang menjadi unit pencatatan layanan kesehatan masyarakat. Variabel ini bertipe teks dan digunakan untuk identifikasi unik setiap faskes dalam sistem informasi kesehatan.
